- If yes, determine if Intercoastal Kitchen & Bath and client want to go to the next step (design agreement, or estimate fee agreement if already have a complete set of plans).

Phase 2 - Design Development
- Design Agreement signed.
- Salesperson meets with clients to discuss the conceptual design.
- Measurements taken.
- Product Selections.
- Design Meetings and communication with client and Intercoastal Kitchen & Bath design team as needed.
- Elevations and Structural Plans completed.
- Complete 3-D design rendering, with selected products, presented to the homeowner for approval.
- Detailed Proposal and Scope of Work submitted to homeowner for approval.

Phase 3 - Pre-Construction
- Selections finalized.
- Construction Agreement signed.
- Permit obtained.
- Project Manager assigned.
- Pre-Construction Meeting and walk-through.
- Materials ordered.
- Workmen scheduled.
- Construction schedule finalized.

Phase 4 - Construction
- Work begins.
- Project Manager maintains construction schedule.
- Weekly meetings or contact between client and project manager.
- Quality, cleanliness, communication and timeliness receive top priority.

Phase 5 - Post Construction
- Project finishes.
- Warranty is 2 years with a 30 day follow up, 6 month follow up, 1 year follow up and a 2 year follow up.
